Maria grew up playing the violin and piano. She completed her studies at the University of Calgary under the direction of Edmond Agopian and also acquired her ARCT certification. She has performed concerts, festivals, and public functions throughout Canada, the United States and Europe. Maria has earned praise from appreciative fans for her passionate renditions of a wide variety of music styles, both as a fine soloist and chamber musician. Also prominent as an educator, clinician and adjudicator, Maria continues to make a valuable and ongoing contribution to the cultural life of Alberta.

Brilliant concert pianist, organist and harpsichordist, she has toured Europe and America as a soloist and chamber musician. She was the first Canadian artist invited to perform at St. Cecilia's Hall (Russell Collection of Early Keyboards) at the request of the University of Edinburgh (Scotland), during the Edinburgh Festival in the year 2000.
In Calgary, she has performed for Celebrity Series, New Works, Millennium Music and the Calgary Bach Festival Society as a soloist and in ensemble with Rosa Selvatica, and the Kensington Sinfonia since 1996. She has also been engaged for concerts with the Banff Centre Chamber Group and has been recorded for a number of CBC broadcasts. Grace has also served as head organist at Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Sacred Heart Churches. In 2004 she worked as Principal Accompanist for the Calgary Boys Choir and the Alberta Children's Honour Choir.In her 25 years as music educator and clinician, Grace has worked extensively in Argentina, in the U.S.A as a certified member of the M.T.N.A. (Music National Teachers Association) and presently in Canada as a teacher of the Royal Conservatory of Toronto, incorporating interactive disciplines to her teaching and instructing students with learning disabilities.
Grace teaches in her private studio in the NW.
